Daunno Realty Services and Broker / Owner Rudy Daunno have been named the exclusive broker to represent the redevelopment of Seaside Heights historic “Bamboo Bar” site. While planning and permitting for the site are still in progress, below you can find renderings and a proposed site layout for the upcoming project.

As currently designed, the new building will have commercial stores fronts on the ground level. Above will be 48 luxury apartments, a pool, a gym, and a public meeting / events room with ocean views.

Rudy Daunno, Izzy Lindner, and Seaside Heights Mayor Tony Vaz were interviewed by Ted Greenberg of NBC NY/Philly for a piece he was doing on the demolition of the The Bamboo Bar and the re-development project planned in its place.

The Bamboo Bar Demolition in the Press

On October 29th, 2021 the Bamboo Bar was demolished by Bamboo Holdings, LLC, a partnership comprised of Izzy Lindner, Rudy Daunno, Tal Kalif, and Joseph Tikotzky. Given the historic nature of the site and its ties to Seaside Heights “Jersey Shore” television show, the demolition got national recognition. Below you can find links to the various coverage.
